This website has been up for 21 years. How the time has flown by. It started out as a photo/camera related website and at its peak received 3 million unique visitors per month. That was when cameras were going “mirrorless” and the last time cameras made any kind of change to their operation.
Today dedicated cameras are a niche product and shrinking every year due to our smartphones, which are now better than ever in the camera department. Just about everyone has a phone and a camera on them at all times. Due to this, less and less people visit camera review websites.
As time went on I started to focus on my other life passions here, just for fun and as a hobby. That passion is HIFi Audio. I have had a system since I was 15 which means I have been doing this for the last 40 years. Today, this website is getting more attention than it has over the last decade as more and more are getting into audio systems, two channel audio systems. Not only do I have a YouTube channel with nearly 144,000 subscribers, thousands of music lovers visit this site every day to read the reviews and articles.
Due to the length of time I have been writing here I have a pretty amazing google ranking. Nearly every audio review I write here will make its way into the top 3 results on google, surpassing even the oldies like Stereophile and the Absolute Sound. These were magazines I always read while growing up as I lusted over the next piece of new audio gear. My audience here now consists of 93% HiFi Fans and approximately 7% photo related.
The visitors who arrive here are almost all interested in hearing about new audio gear and some written reviews have hundreds of thousands of visits.
I have decided to now offer ad space for DEALERS of audio gear rather than the companies that make the gear, for obvious reasons. I started out to offer four ads on this website and all four have sold for the year so I expanded it to seven.
These are all dealers of audio and so far I have taken on:
Dedicated Audio in Scottsdale AZ. I used to visit Dedicated Audio often and know the owner Dan. I know him as I was a regular for many years and he was always a great knowledgable guy. He is now a sponsor and has his ad here, you can see it on the right on a desktop browser or down below if on the mobile version. Dedicated sells mid to high end gear and they offer a ton of really good brands.
Unveiled Audio is also a sponsor. These are the people who I bought my Nagra gear from and they have been top notch in delivery as well as questions I had after the sale. I even had an issue with a remote and had a new one within 72 hours. If you are in the market for high end audio be sure to check them out!
The Music Room – I love TMRaudio.com as they have sent me gear to review in the past which was cool of them. After a few reviews and shout out to them I talked them into being a sponsor and paying me for an ad, lol. I will do more reviews in the future for TMR and maybe even find some older gear to check out as they offer used and new in all kinds of price ranges. Their ad should be up soon, just waiting on the ad copy.
ListenUP! is a new sponsor and their ad will be up within a few weeks along with TMR above. Listen Up is a shop I have bought from in the past and never had an issue. They offer all kinds of gear as well, something for everyone. Brands like McIntosh, HiFi Rose, Triangle and others reside here.
I have opened up three more spaces for 2025 as this will allow me to keep doing what I do here. If you have a shop that sells audio think about advertising here for more exposure to your targeted audience of music lovers.
I sell a 4X4 ad space which is seen on all pages here. The ad will link to your website and the cost is the same for all. That cost is $3,000 USD for one year. I only sell by the year and payment is up front. The ad will remain in place and you will have the option to renew each year at the same cost or cancel. One time pay, one year of your ad displayed along with links when I review a product you carry or send in for review.
This website is now a premier space for new audio gear written reviews as well as the videos I do on YouTube.
